LILLIO/HIMAMA APP SUPPORT INFORMATION

Checking daily updates

Open the app Open the Lillio/HiMama app and log in if prompted.

• Go to your child’s profile Tap your child’s name or picture on the home screen.
• View today’s activity feed Scroll down to see notes, activities, meals/snacks (if used), and other updates from the day.
• Check the daily summary At the end of the day, look for a daily summary entry that recaps key activities and information.

Messaging staff

• Open the app Log in to the Lillio/HiMama app.
• Find the messages section Tap the Messages icon or look for a chat/message button in the main menu.
• Choose your child’s classroom or educator Select the classroom or specific staff member you want to message.
• Write your message Type your question or update (e.g., late pickup, absence, reminders).
• Send and wait for a reply Tap Send. You’ll receive a notification when staff respond, depending on your notification settings.

Viewing photos

• Open the app and select your child Tap your child’s name or picture on the home screen.
• Scroll through the activity feed Photos are attached to posts about your child’s day. Scroll to see new images.
• Tap a photo to enlarge Tap on any photo to open it full screen.
• Swipe to view more Swipe left or right (if available) to move between photos from the same day or entry.
• Download or save (if enabled) Use your phone’s options (three dots, share, or download icons) to save photos to your device, if allowed.

Tracking attendance

• Open the app Log in to Lillio/HiMama.
• Go to your child’s profile or attendance section Tap your child’s name, then look for an Attendance tab or entries in the daily feed.
• View today’s times Check the log for checkin and checkout times for the current day.
• Review previous days If available, use the date selector or arrows to move to previous days and review attendance history.

Managing notifications

• Open the app and go to settings Tap the menu icon (often three lines or your profile picture), then select Settings or Notifications.
• Choose what you want to be notified about Turn on or off options such as:
  • Daily summaries
  • Messages
  • Photos
  • Announcements
  • Attendance updates
• Choose how you get notifications Select whether you want push notifications, emails, or both (depending on the app options).
• Check your phone settings On your device, go to Settings → Notifications and make sure notifications are allowed for Lillio/HiMama.
• Adjust anytime You can return to notification settings at any time to make changes as your needs change.
