Clear communication helps us build strong relationships with families and ensures your child’s day runs smoothly.
Lillio/HiMama
Lillio/HiMama is our main communication tool. We use it for:
- Daily updates and photos
- Announcements and reminders
- Messaging between families and staff
- Attendance and sign‑in/sign‑out
We ask families to check the app regularly so you never miss important information.
Other Ways to Reach Us
The Director is also available by text, phone, or email for questions or urgent matters. Quick updates may be shared at drop‑off or pick‑up, but the app remains the most reliable way to stay informed.
Family Responsibilities
- Keep your contact information up to date

Together, we keep communication open, simple, and consistent.
Emergency and Safety Procedures

Emergency Preparedness
We have clear procedures in place for situations such as:
- Fire
- Evacuation
- Lockdown
- Medical emergencies
- Severe weather
Emergency drills (including fire drills) are practiced regularly so children and staff know what to do.
Staff Training
All staff maintain valid First Aid and CPR certification and receive training in:
- Emergency response

- Incident reporting
- Supporting children during stressful situations
Health & Medical Needs
We work closely with families to understand and support individual health needs, allergies, or medication requirements. Any medication brought to the program must follow licensing guidelines and be accompanied by the required forms.
