About Lesesne Phillips

Lesesne Phillips, SHRM-SCP, is a two-time business owner, the founder of Opsana HR, and an experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in multiple industries across the United States. She has worked with and for companies at every stage of growth, from start-ups to organizations with nearly 1,000 employees, and has built Opsana HR to share her unique experiences, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to helping companies and people succeed. Lesesne is a Charleston, SC native, Marine Corps “brat”, Virginia Tech graduate, proud mom of all creatures human and furry alike, community partner, foodie, and adventure seeker with a passion for people and learning.
