After a major leak caused the ceiling of our original site to collapse in 2018, we shifted our full focus to OSC \u2014 the age group we\u2019ve always loved working with most.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, we\u2019ve faced challenges, including COVID, but our commitment to strong relationships with children and families has never changed. Staff are expected to engage with children in a developmentally appropriate, respectful, and professional manner. The program supports ongoing professional development to ensure high\u2011quality care and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Child Guidance Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Our approach to child guidance is rooted in respect, understanding, and positive relationships. We focus on preventing challenging situations before they occur by planning engaging activities, observing children\u2019s needs, and creating a supportive environment.<\/p>\n<p>When conflicts arise, staff use <strong>re\u2011direction<\/strong>, <strong>problem\u2011solving<\/strong>, and <strong>guided discussions<\/strong> to help children understand their choices and learn new skills. We never use time\u2011outs, humiliation, or any form of punitive discipline.<\/p>\n<p>If a situation continues or a child needs additional support, we work together with families to create consistent strategies. Timely payment ensures your child\u2019s continued enrollment, even during vacations or absences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Payments<\/strong>: If payment is received after the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment Method<\/strong>: For your convenience, we encourage families to set up payments through the Lillio app, which typically processes transactions around the 4th or 5th of each month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Withdrawal Notice<\/strong>: If you plan to withdraw your child, a 30-day notice must be given to help us plan accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Payment<\/strong>: If payment is delayed or missed, the center will reach out to you.
